Client Goals:

The client is a home developer and they have recently constructed a new subdivision they wanted to showcase to get inquires from people looking to relocated in a newly-built home.

Execution:

We created a Facebook reach ad to make as many people as possible aware about the new subdivision. Not only was it a regular Facebook ad with custom graphics, it also had an instant experience built out to show off some of their inventory and share some information about them before eventually taking viewers to their website.

Results:

We reached 36,391 people
